Thank you for your ticket purchase for the 2020 NYC Winter Jazzfest! All ticket sales are final. No refunds or credits.

As there are an abundance of exciting shows throughout the week and especially on all three Marathon nights (Jan 10 and 11 in Manhattan & Jan 17 in Brooklyn), we anticipate large crowds. To avoid showing up to a full venue, check out winterjazzfest.com/CROWDS for real-time venue capacity updates. We cannot guarantee you entry to any one venue, so If you intend to see a specific set we recommend you plan your night accordingly and arrive early. And we do encourage that if you find yourself in a long line that you consider hopping over to a nearby venue where there is space. The Winter Jazzfest Marathon experience is very much about discovering new music and we can guarantee that if you journey with open ears you will enjoy wherever you end up.

Here are a couple articles that will help you navigate your Winter Jazzfest Marathon options.
