Whale Feral is a genre-blending rock band born from the heart of Florida’s jam scene. Known for their explosive live shows, the group mixes high-octane improvisation with gritty rock ‘n’ roll energy, creating a sound that’s as unpredictable as it is unforgettable.

Formed in 2017, Whale Feral quickly built a reputation with dynamic performances across the state, sharing stages with acts like The Marcus King Band and The Heavy Pets. Their early momentum led to the release of a live album and a feature in Relix Magazine, including a live session at the magazine’s Brooklyn headquarters.

Since then, the band has kept a relentless touring schedule, evolving their sound while maintaining the raw spontaneity that defines them. Following their 2021 live release All’s Whale That Ends Whale, they returned to the studio to craft their first full-length LP, Words We Can’t Read—a bold step forward that captures both their studio finesse and signature live fire.

Whether on stage or in the studio, Whale Feral continues to push boundaries, drawing from rock, funk, psych, and soul to create something entirely their own.
