Gordon Clark and his Vermont Comedy All-Stars return for an unforgettable night of stand-up comedy.
Chris Dolan has been performing comedy for a little over two years in the Upper Valley and throughout New England. She’s a regular on stage at Sawtooth Kitchen in Hanover, NH, and at Brightside Brewing at the Lebanon City Airport—come for the comedy, stay for the municipal transportation infrastructure! Like many Vermonters, she’s originally from Long Island, and she’s a former high school history teacher. Her academic specialty—this is 100% true—was the history of modern Europe and the rise of fascism, so she left teaching and started doing comedy because she wanted to feel that her work mattered.
Tim Lovett burst onto the Western Massachusetts comedy scene in June 2014 with a sharp wit, infectious personality, and an ability to connect with any crowd. Tim has performed at the Broadway Comedy Club in New York City, Mohegan Sun Casino, and Funny Bone Comedy Club; he has opened for nationally recognized comedians such as Michael Yo and Joe List and shared a stage with comedy heavyweights like Mike Epps, Donnell Rawlings, Jessica Kirson, and Talent Harris. A regular on the festival circuit, Tim has appeared at the Oak City Comedy Festival, Vermont Comedy Festival, and others.
In 2015, Tim founded Comedy as a Weapon, a production company dedicated to uplifting the local comedy scene and creating opportunities for both emerging talent and established performers. Tim Lovett is also the owner of the Chuckling Charlie Comedy Bus, the first comedy bus of its kind in Massachusetts—bringing live stand-up comedy on the road and creating a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience in the region.
Toni Nagy is a stand-up comedian, podcaster, and content creator best known for her viral videos where she interpretive dances her philosophies while twerking against tyranny. She has over 1 million followers across her social media platforms (not that she’s counting or anything) and was recently banned from TikTok for being too real about the government. Toni has been a nationally touring stand-up comic for the past decade while pumping her pelvis against the patriarchy. P.S. Elon Musk once tweeted that Toni “seems dumb” because of her political beliefs, which is Toni’s greatest accomplishment.
Kane Thomley hails from the great state of Alabama but is now a Burlington, VT-based human comedian. He has performed at the Vermont Comedy Festival and hosted for national headliners such as Dulcé Sloan, Emily Catalano, and Maddy Smith at Vermont Comedy Club. He likes petting cats on their soft little heads and eating gelato.
Gordon Clark, the show’s producer and host, is the director of the nonprofit Vermont Comedy All Stars, which creates stand-up comedy specials throughout Vermont. Starting in 2020, he has produced more than 120 shows, including multi-year stands at the late, iconic Nectar’s in Burlington, the Bent Nails Bistro in Montpelier, Zen Barn in Waterbury, Shelburne Vineyard in Shelburne, and Next Stage Arts in Putney. Gordon also happens to be the oldest independent comedy producer in Vermont, and sometimes he sure feels that way. He lives in Burlington with a wife, cat, and dog.
