Tiny Hats Collective is composed of multidisciplinary creative beings Omari Vel and Grei. Two artists meet on the stages of NYC and the rest is history (in the making). As creatives donning multiple hats, they’ve decided this will be their collective vision-- a tiny hat for all of us to wear; a whimsy dream for musical artists to perform live in between DJ sets and dancers, bringing the soul of live music to the heartbeat of NYC’s club scene, all while platforming local DJs, singers, rappers, musicians, and dancers and further developing their artistic experience. Plus, you get a tiny hat. Come get silly with us

The buyer agrees that this sale is final and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Buyer acknowledges that Seller reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and especially that all entry is subject to Seller's and/or event organizer's or event venue's own admission criteria, at their discretion, which shall be absolute.

Buyer agrees that refusal of entry, ejection from premises, or failure to receive or to enjoy any good or service, is not grounds for refund nor dispute of charge.

Buyer acknowledges purchase does not guarantee receipt of any good or service, and does not absolutely ensure entry nor uninterrupted enjoyment of/to any event.

Buyer agrees in perpetuity to not dispute the validity of this charge with any banking or credit institution, nor in any court, and further agrees to reimburse Seller for any sum related to this purchase that is refunded or granted to the Buyer by any banking or credit institution, or by any court, plus any legal costs or collection fees plus any damages suffered by the Seller in defending against such dispute, or resultant from any disparagement of the Seller by the Buyer directly or indirectly related to such dispute, in treble, to the satisfaction of the Seller, at the Seller's sole discretion.

In the event that Buyer files a dispute of any kind regarding this charge, Buyer grants Seller unlimited right to use Buyer's likeness and identifying information and contact information in advertisement or public notice, of any form the Seller chooses, as well as agrees that Seller may share the same with other advanced ticketing vendors and event venues and event organizers, for the purposes of maintaining and seeking public awareness of a list of "bad faith" customers.

Buyer further affirms that buyer has read and understood this agreement before completing purchase, and has had the opportunity to seek legal counsel, and further agrees that any invalidation or ruling of enforceability of any part or section of the above shall not invalidate all other sections and clauses herein, which shall otherwise remain in effect to the greatest extent possible, and Buyer agrees to nonetheless remain bound to in perpetuity.
