African, Caribbean, funk, reggae, and Latin grooves meet traditional fiddle music in the genre-bending sound of The Gaslight Tinkers. Their joyful fusion of global rhythms and old-time fiddle creates a danceable, infectious energy rooted in New England and Celtic traditions. Since forming in 2012, the band has electrified audiences across the East Coast, West Coast, and the Caribbean, headlining clubs, dances, and major festivals.
Described by The Valley Advocate as “music that consistently fizzes and pops with unexpected textures and turns,” The Gaslight Tinkers deliver shows full of surprises, spirited crowds, and exuberant musicianship.
Individually, Peter Siegel, Garrett Sawyer, I-Shea, Eliezer Martinez, and Clara Constance-Stickney have performed with Pete Seeger, the Soca Monarchs of the Caribbean, Noel Paul Stookey (of Peter, Paul and Mary), The Alchemystics, and other acclaimed artists worldwide. Together, they’re a force that lifts both feet and spirits.
Sammy and Brothers is a family music group that blends traditional African styles—particularly from the Democratic Republic of Congo and East Africa—with acoustic arrangements and melodic, message-driven songwriting. The group consists of Israel Mbombo, Samuel Divinda (known as Sammy), Gershom Mbombo, and Shekinah Pemba.
The three brothers and their sister have been making music together since childhood, always with the goal of bringing peace and joy to those who hear their songs. They credit their musical journey and success to the guidance and grace of God.
