The Flushing Remonstrance perform their original live scores to the films of Maya Deren. Called the "mother of the trance film," Deren was one of the most groundbreaking and influential filmmakers of our time. Her films are intensely personal, symbolic, and surreal, and a truly otherworldly experience to see.
