Quilts are essentially Luke Webster and Kenaniah Bystrom who discovered their own kismet connection over a bond of having the same quilted blankets from their youth. On the heels of their Alien Wilderness EP that arrived in late 2019, the onset of the 2020 quarantine found the two developing the demos and sketches for their first full-length "Rocky's Ranch" on the Olympic Peninsula at Luke’s Aunt Rocky’s home where they honed in on a visceral sound full of earnest emotion and vulnerable heart.

Primarily known as a bassist for groups like Grammy-nominated band Alvvays and Seattle surfers La Luz, Abbey Blackwell (Seattle) is focusing her energies on writing for solo guitar and voice. Under her name, she has released two full length albums and an EP as a solo artist in addition to her avant-garde instrumental trio Rae. Her songwriting calls back to the lyrical, hanging melodies of Sibylle Baier and Linda Perhacs, with angular, geometric chord progressions that lean in satisfying directions.

Exploring the cosmic countryside between american-primitive and impressionism, Reverse Death slows down time on their moss laden debut, Stretching to Infinity. The group brings together garden hymnal oddments, and nocturnal lofi textures, to create a moonlit world of echoes bubbling up through a mineral rich past. Reverse Death was birthed in Seattle, WA by the songwriters of Swamp Meat, Baywitch, & Killer Ghost. Utilizing cello tonics, gentle feedback, crawling piano ascents, and orbiting melodies, this amalgam of earthy ingredients plucked for the infinite night.
