Veteran Seattle "Doom-Wop" band Prom Queen is back after a years long hiatus to perform at The Rabbit Box Theatre. Born out of a solo project by Leeni Ramadan, Prom Queen has taken many shapes over the past 15 years and has released 3 full length albums, "Night Sound" (2012), the "Midnight Veil" video-album (2014), "Doom-Wop" (2017) plus a pandemic project EP of Britney Spears covers called "Lucky" (2021) and a 2025 single covering Mr. Bungle's "Pink Cigarette". Prom Queen makes pulp mid-century tinged cinematic rock music fit for the sparkly pink guitar, pink suits, prom dress, & big hair that accompany it. The band is comprised of vocalist and guitarist Leeni Ramadan, Ben Von Wildenhaus on lead guitar, Caleb Thompson on bass, Tom Meyers on drums, and Jonathan Sampson on bari saxophone.
