IF YOU CHOOSE TABLE SEATING MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE SAME TABLE NUMBER FOR EACH TICKET IF YOU WANT YOUR PARTY TO SIT TOGETHER. IE: Ticket Number 19-1 and 19-10 are seated at the same table but ticket number 18-1 and 17-10 are at different tables.

Seating Arrangements

On Sundays, all seating is provided by the venue and is fully handicap accessible. Personal lawn chairs are not permitted. The venue reserves the right to modify seating arrangements based on ticket sales, production requirements, artist requests, or venue adjustments. If any changes occur, equivalent or better alternative seating will be provided. However, no refunds will be issued due to seating modifications.

Food & Beverages

All concessions at the event are provided by Emerald of Siam. Bar service is available for guests aged 21 and over with valid identification. To make purchases, attendees must use designated script or tokens, available from on-site cashiers. Outside food, beverages, and containers are strictly prohibited.

Hotel Accommodations

Special room rates are available at the adjacent Clover Island Inn when booked through ticket purchases. Room assignments are confirmed 24 hours before check-in, and guests must present a valid ID and a credit card for incidentals upon arrival.

Hotel rooms: There are no adjustments for rate changes. If the hotel reduces its rates after your booking is confirmed, you are not entitled to a refund or credit for the difference. Conversely, if rates increase, your booked rate remains unchanged.

The venue and event promoters are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendance at the event implies acceptance of all associated risks, including potential injuries or hazards. Guests are required to comply with all venue rules and regulations, and any violations may result in removal without a refund. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals displaying disorderly behavior. Security searches and video monitoring will be in place, and by entering the event, attendees consent to these measures.

Ticket Information

Upon purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer. Physical tickets are not required, as attendee names will be added to the Will-Call List. Refund requests must be submitted at least seven days before the event, and any cancellations will be refunded at face value only.
