Worm Food is the blossom of Seattle based, multi-instrumentalist and lyricist Caelin Alba’s decade and a half of songwriting. Their reflections on dissonance and transformation come alive in collaboration with long time musicians and friends Joey Jennings (drums), Bon Lee (bass guitar), and Alex Carr (keys). The band’s high energy live sound fuses the psychedelic rock of Caelin’s childhood with the group’s shared love for punk music across time.
