Luke Peterson is a composer and drummer from Minneapolis currently based in Denver where he recently received his PhD in astrodynamics. He studied with the late Ron Miles. He is a member of the collective quintet SPACE, which has released two albums: Non-Trivial Problem & The Approaching Coast. In 2019, he produced a music festival in Saint Paul for young artists to showcase their work called Our Own Festival. He is joined by his longtime Minneapolis-based collaborator Patrick Adkins on piano, as well as John Gunther on saxophones and Will Kuepper on double bass.
