For over 25 years, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe (KDTU) has electrified audiences worldwide, from Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival to Madison Square Garden with Dave Matthews Band and James Brown. Known for unforgettable performances like their late-night sets at Bonnaroo and Jazzfest, KDTU’s grooves have featured legends like Lenny Kravitz, Steve Winwood, and members of The Rolling Stones, where Karl has served as saxophonist since 2014.
Sharing stages with icons like The Allman Brothers, D’Angelo, The Roots, and Widespread Panic, KDTU delivers a powerhouse live show full of funk, soul, and jazz. Karl Denson, aka “Diesel,” also co-founded The Greyboy Allstars, further cementing his legacy as a master of the groove.
