A cult figure in the music business, Jim Keller’s gigs in New York and Nashville are legendary. If the best players in town aren’t on stage with him, they are in the audience, singing along, playing along, making the sort of noise that would get you locked up in a lesser town. Keller’s latest release, Daylight, produced by Mitchell Froom (Los Lobos, Crowded House, Randy Newman) and backed by Los Lobos’ David Hidalgo on guitar, has been out for less than a year — and  Keller’s already got another album in the can. 

Come out and enjoy his old tunes (including the 80s classic “867-5309/Jenny”), new songs and newer-than-new material being improvised on the spot. Keller will be joined by Todd Caldwell and Adam Minkoff (Graham Nash, Helm Family Midnight Rambles), Ben Hoffman (Adi Oasis), Yuval Lion (Suzanne Vega) and Jacob Silver (Natalie Merchant).
