Get ready for a night of electrifying rock, soul, and raw musicianship as Hundred Watt Heart, the powerhouse trio led by Kirk Douglas—renowned guitarist of the legendary THE ROOTS—takes the stage at SoHo Live NYC!

Known for his searing guitar work, dynamic stage presence, and genre-defying style, Kirk Douglas brings his signature fire to this high-voltage project. Hundred Watt Heart fuses blistering riffs, heavy grooves, and soul-drenched vocals in a sound that’s as gritty as it is transcendent.

Whether you're a die-hard Roots fan or just crave live music with serious heart and muscle, this is a rare chance to see one of today’s most versatile guitarists front and center. Expect surprises, deep cuts, and spontaneous jams in an intimate setting that puts you right in the music.

🔥 Also joining the bill: Joudy — the rising Venezuelan grunge rock band shaking up NYC’s underground with their heavy, atmospheric sound and emotionally charged performances. Their genre-bending energy is the perfect complement to the night’s sonic journey.
