About Samuel Wilbur:

Samuel Wilbur, is an environmentally conscious Minneapolis based singer/songwriter/educator. A high school social studies teacher by day, and rock star by night, Samuel Wilbur has been writing and recording his own music since he was 16 years old. Wilbur’s music, which is over-stuffed with lush harmonies and catchy hooks, delves deep into pressing issues like the global climate crisis and the failings of late-stage capitalism. With a unique voice, Samuel's thought-provoking compositions engage audiences in critical conversations about the world we live in.

About Bryn Battani:

Bryn Battani weaves clever, tongue-in-cheek lyrics with unexpected arrangements. Influenced by artists like Fiona Apple, Andrew Bird and Regina Spektor, she supports her writing with genre-bending “chamber pop” instrumentation colored by her theatrical background and Western roots. Growing up in Austin, Texas, Bryn immersed herself in the area’s dynamic music scene, co-producing her debut EP All I Have to Offer You Is Anything You Want with Curtis McMurtry and Diana Burgess (of Austin’s Mother Falcon) in 2020. Her sophomore EP Hang Your Clothes explores her relationship with ADHD through smart lyricism and lively string parts. After having only relocated to the Twin Cities in September 2023, Bryn has founded a band, joined two others, and landed gigs alongside a slew of veteran artists. In addition to performing with her fluid group of jazz, folk and orchestral players, she works as a freelance writer while playing keyboard and accordion around town. Her recent self-produced EP, Guest Room, probes into emotional distance and discomfort, serving up a strong dose of wit and self-awareness.
