If you encounter problems while purchasing a ticket or receive an "email confirmation" error, please verify that all information entered on the ticket purchase page is correct. Expiration dates and CCV numbers are common causes of errors.

About The Brightside:

Location: 905 E 3rd St., Dayton, OH 45402

Parking: Free off-street parking is available on both sides of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see the parking map on our website, thebrightsidedayton.com, for details. Be mindful not to block other patrons when parking. Additional parking is available in the surrounding area if our lots are full.

Day of Show Information

• Tickets: Have your barcoded ticket ready on your phone or print a copy to bring with you.

• Re-entry: Most events do not allow re-entry. Please plan accordingly.

• Door Times: We cannot admit patrons before the posted door time due to event setup requirements.

• Seating: This is a seated show

• Accessibility: The venue is handicapped-accessible and features UV-C air filtration systems.

• Smoking: A patio accessible from the bar is available for smoking.

• Beverages: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Outside beverages are not permitted.

• Bags: Purses and small bags are allowed. Backpacks are not permitted.

• Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Requests for cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be accepted. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we will attempt to contact all patrons via email. While we regret any inconvenience, the venue cannot be held responsible for costs or damages resulting from postponement or cancellation.

Liability Waiver

Ticket holders assume all risks associated with event attendance. The venue, event organizers, software providers, and any associated parties cannot be held liable for injuries, illness, loss, or damages incurred by patrons while attending the event.
