Pianist, vocalist, and composer Dawn Clement has proven to be a joyful and formidable force in modern creative music through her work with Jane Ira Bloom, säje, Matt Wilson, Ron Miles, Julian Priester and many others over the last two decades. Buster Williams has had an amazing 60+ year career, playing with Herbie Hancock, Art Blakey, Betty Carter, Chic Corea, Dexter Gordon, Branford Marsalis, Chet Baker, Mary Lou Williams, Sarah Vaughn and way too many others to name here. Buster, along with Ron Carter was the featured soloist with the London Symphony Orchestra on the soundtrack composed by Phillipe Sarde for the Yves Montand and Simone Signoret film, “LES CHOIX DES ARMES.” Along with his many albums, movie soundtrack recordings and television appearances, Buster was nominated for a Grammy in 1980 for his contribution to “Love for Sale” /The Great Jazz Trio with Hank Jones & Tony Williams. He is a legendary bassist.
