Los Angeles artist Blone Noble makes self-described “doomsday disco” — a dark, theatrical collision of new wave, synth-pop, post-punk, industrial and glam. Channeling the art-pop swagger of Bowie and Bryan Ferry through icy synths, pulsing bass and decadent club rhythms, Blone Noble turns dystopian dread into something you can dance to.

Hot Hail!, the solo project of Seattle songwriter Billy Sigil, combines classic Synthpop sensibilities and modern Darkwave maximalism to create a synthesis of the unsettling and the humane that keeps the darkness danceable and the horror cathartic.

If you’re looking for the musical zeitgeist in these troubling times, Hot Hail! delivers. Like lightning in a jar of blood. -Post-Punk.com
