SNIDE
SNIDE is a four piece American rock and roll band from Chapel hill, NC. Featuring two suave guitarists in love, a hunky rhythm section with a brotherly bond. Topped by a big gay sparkling frontman whom will not be ignored. Slamming untamed self expression into mountains of reverb. Crafting concerningly personal songs drawing inspiration from the sanctuaries and alleys of the queer human experience. Known widely for providing excellent value in dollar to entertainment ratio. Their music lies somewhere between Motörhead and The Beach Boys. with a snarky attitude backed up with pure bop ass melodies. Delivered in a hardcore punk package.
SNIDE’s new EP WILT is a conceptual response to their 2023 album GROW Where GROW emphasized personal progress and empowerment WILT weaves a tale of regression and inward spiraling in troubled times, yet retains a sense of awareness in seeking redemption. Memorable riffs, challenging counter melodies, thoughtful passionately delivered lyrics and an even more aggressive edge define this new release.
Treasure Pains
Treasure Pains formed in a small practice space in Durham, North Carolina, in January 2023. Zach Large ( member from Youth League) and Jessi Knop ( member from Wrecker) came together with the idea to start a band like Hot Snakes. They wrote a few songs before adding close friends Kellette Wade and Kyle Cox ( member from Wolvesx4). In January of 2024 they tracked their debut EP, "Charming" which was released by Los Angeles based label Wiretap in October 2024.
Napalm Cruiser
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. But then they invented napalm and the rest, as they say, is history. One of the bands of all time, Napalm Cruiser enjoys long walks on the beach, light beer, heavy riffs, and greasy food. Since releasing their self-titled, self-produced EP in 2022, which has been described as "a vibe," they have been bringing their brand of smothered, covered, and chunked rock to dive bars near and far. An April 2025 split with Chapel Hill's Snide promises to propel them to even more far-flung watering holes.
