About the venue: 

Location: The venue is located at 905 E 3rd St., Dayton

Parking: There is free off-street parking on both sides of the building (first come, first serve). Please see our parking map on our website, thebrightsidedayton.com, for information. Please be mindful when you park that you are not blocking any other patrons in. Additional parking is available in the surrounding areas if the lots are full. 

Going to the show:

Please have your barcoded ticket ready on your phone screen, or you can print a copy and bring it with you. 

Due to event setup requirements, we cannot let patrons inside the building before the posted door open time.

The venue is handicapped-accessible and has installed UV-C filters to sanitize circulated air. 

There is a patio for smoking. 

Both alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages are for sale. No outside beverages are allowed. 

Purses and small bags are allowed. No backpacks, please. 

Weapons of any kind and fireworks are strictly prohibited. 

All sales are final. No request for cancellations, changes, or refunds is accepted. If the event is canceled or postponed, we will try to contact every patron via email, time permitting. While we regret the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur.

The ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers pertaining to the event for which the ticket was issued. The venue, event organizer, software providers, and any associated member or individual cannot be held responsible for injuries, illness, loss, or damages incurred by patrons while attending the event.
